Refgrow

Revenue Analytics

Which channels and landing pages bring paying customers, next to your partners. Included in every plan.

Turn it on

  1. Open Revenue analytics in your dashboard and click Turn on revenue analytics. Nothing is collected before that.
  2. Make sure the Refgrow script is on your marketing site and in your app.
  3. Connect Stripe on the Integration page. Other billing providers are next.

Link buyers to their visits

A payment is credited to a channel when Refgrow knows which visits belong to the buyer. Call identify once the visitor signs up or logs in:

javascript
window.Refgrow?.identify?.("buyer@example.com");

If you already show the Refgrow widget with data-project-email, this happens on its own. The visitor id lives in a first-party cookie on your root domain, so a visit to www.example.com and a later login on app.example.com are the same visitor.

Reading the report

  • Channel: a partner link first, then UTM tags, then the referring site (Google, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, AI assistants and others), else Direct.
  • First touch credits the buyer's first recorded visit; last touch the last visit before paying.
  • Partners: buyers a partner brought, as in your commissions.
  • Not linked to a visit: payments whose buyer was never identified. Shown, never guessed.
  • Revenue: what customers paid after discounts, without tax, before refunds.

Privacy

Refgrow keeps the referring site (not the full URL), the landing page, UTM tags and partner codes. It does not store IP addresses, and it matches buyers by a one-way hash of their email; the email itself is not stored for analytics. Turning revenue analytics off stops collection.
