Export your affiliates from Rewardful and email us the file. We import it and tell you it is done, usually the same day and always within 24 hours. There is nothing for you to configure and you do not need an account to ask.
- Existing links keep working. Every affiliate keeps the referral code they already have, so the links and coupons they have published stay live. This is the part most people assume they will lose, and it is the reason they stay somewhere they have outgrown.
- Names and emails come across intact, so your partners are not asked to sign up again or introduce themselves to you a second time.
- Nothing is announced to your affiliates until you say so. You can run both programmes side by side and switch when you are ready.

Migration FAQ
Will I lose my existing affiliate data?
No. You can re-invite your affiliates to Refgrow. Their referral links will be new, but you can honor any pending commissions from Rewardful separately.
How long does migration take?

Can I run both platforms during transition?
Yes! You can run Refgrow alongside Rewardful during the transition period. Once all affiliates have moved over, simply disconnect Rewardful.
Do I need to change my Stripe setup?
You'll add a new webhook endpoint for Refgrow in your Stripe dashboard. The process takes under 2 minutes and doesn't affect your existing Rewardful setup.
