Count sales from your checkout
A sale is recorded when your payment provider reports it, or when your backend sends it through the REST API with the referral code or the buyer's email.
- Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Dodo Payments and Creem by webhook.
- Any other checkout through the REST API, with a reference so a purchase is never counted twice.
- Refunded challenges reverse the commission; a hold period gives refunds time to come in.
No trading-platform integration
Refgrow does not connect to MT4, MT5 or any other trading platform and does not see accounts or volume. It pays on what customers pay you.

How does a prop firm affiliate program work in Refgrow?
Each trader or partner gets a referral link and a coupon code. When someone they referred buys a challenge, a reset or a subscription, your payment provider or your backend reports the sale, and Refgrow credits the commission to that partner and keeps their balance until you pay it.
Does Refgrow connect to MT4, MT5 or other trading platforms?
No. Refgrow counts sales, not trades. A sale is recorded when Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, Dodo Payments or Creem reports a payment, or when your backend sends it through the REST API. It does not read accounts, trading volume or lots from any trading platform.
Can I pay commission on trading volume or lots?
No. Commissions are a percentage of the sale or a fixed amount per sale, paid once, for a set number of months, or for as long as the customer pays. Brokers that pay introducing brokers on volume need a different tool.
Can I pay affiliates in crypto?
Refgrow pays through PayPal or Wise. You can also add your own payout methods, such as a crypto wallet, let partners enter their details in the portal, and record the payments you send yourself.
Can partners have sub-affiliates?
Yes, with multi-tier commissions (Pro and up): a partner earns on the sales of the partners they recruit.
