Refgrow tracks Chrome extension referrals through the Web Store install plus your billing provider:
User shares referral link
The link routes through your landing page, captures the referral code, and redirects to the Chrome Web Store.
Visitor installs the extension
Free install is recorded as a signup conversion if you sync the install event via your backend.
Visitor upgrades to paid
Stripe/Paddle/Polar webhook fires. Refgrow matches the paid customer's email to the referral attribution.
Commission calculated
Per your rules: per-paid-user, recurring, or tiered. Optionally clawed back on cancellation.
Referrer gets paid
