Email support@refgrow.com with your current provider, affiliate count, commission rules, and the data you need to move. We can review the export format and outline the setup and validation steps. Importing referral codes alone does not guarantee that existing links, coupons, or historical commissions will work unchanged.

Is there a free trial?
Viral Loops: 14 days of the Growing plan for up to 10 participants. Refgrow: 7 days, card required, or 30 days if you are switching from Viral Loops.
Can I move my affiliates from Viral Loops to Refgrow?
Yes. Add your affiliates in the dashboard or through Refgrow's API with their existing referral codes. Refgrow's tracking script reads your own link parameter plus via, fpr and aff, so links in those formats keep crediting the partner once their code exists in Refgrow. Check coupons and pending commissions separately. Written migration help is available at support@refgrow.com.
Can I run both platforms during migration?
Yes. Plan a transition and verify attribution and commission handling before disconnecting Viral Loops. Avoid duplicate tracking or payouts while both systems are running.
