Is Refersion bad for SaaS?
Not bad — just not built for it. Refersion was designed for Shopify and BigCommerce stores selling physical goods. SaaS billing patterns (subscriptions, upgrades, churn) work much better in Refgrow.
Will my Shopify integration break?
If you're on Shopify, Refersion may still be the better tool. Refgrow shines for SaaS with subscription billing on Stripe, Paddle, Polar, LemonSqueezy, or Dodo.
How long does migration take?
